oddball club faq
The Oddball Club is a monthly subscription box from Ratbone Skinny, featuring unique, fun, and nostalgic items like stickers, enamel pins, greeting cards, etc. Each month has a different theme, and the boxes come in two sizes.
Subscription and Shipping
- Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days on the same day you initially subscribed.
- Boxes ship around the 15th of each month.
- You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime before the 21st of the month.
Returns and Refunds
- Most sales are final, and items cannot be returned due to their nature.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed to the original payment method if approved.
Incorrect Addresses and Returned Mail
- The Oddball Club is not responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or customer errors.
- If your box is returned to us, you'll need to pay the shipping fee for redelivery.
Featuring Your Work or Reviewing the Box
- We feature female-owned or run businesses that fit each month's theme.
- You can apply to be included in a future box or to review the box on your social media channels by clicking the respective links.
