Shipping Details

• Oddball Club subscription boxes ship on or around the 17th of each month from California.
• All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
• Domestic orders typically take 3-8 business days for delivery.
• International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking information will be sent to your email address.
• Please note that tracking updates may not always be immediate, even after the package has been delivered to USPS.
• All packages are personally hand-delivered to USPS.
• The Oddball Club is not responsible for delays in domestic or international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Once items leave our hands, they are out of our control.
• The Oddball Club cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS or the mail carrier.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please report it to USPS directly.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
• The Oddball Club is not responsible for incorrect addresses, unclaimed mail, or customer errors.
• If your box is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee for redelivery.
